What this website collects

This site has no accounts, forms, payments, advertising or analytics, and sets no cookies. Like any website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes basic technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and protect against abuse.

What you share when you contact us

When you call, text or email us, we receive what you choose to send, such as your name, phone number, email, address, and details about your appliance and the problem. We use it only to reply, schedule and carry out your repair, and to keep records of the work.

Sharing

We don’t sell or rent your information. We share it only when needed to do the job (for example, ordering a part or a manufacturer warranty claim) or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep service records as long as needed for the repair, any warranty, and our business and tax records, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we aren’t required to keep it.

Children

Our services are for adults, and we don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
